Bonarda

Ruby red-coloured wine with purple hues. It has an elegant fragrance with clear fruity notes and hints of berries and marasca cherries. It has just the right level of tannins on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste.

Typical cured meats, meat-based pasta and rice dishes, braised and roasted meat.

WINEMAKING | The grapes are harvested and selected by hand then stemmed and crushed. The resulting must is left to ferment with the skins at a controlled temperature for six days, with scheduled pumping in order to achieve  a balanced extraction of tannins and anthocyanins.
